Shipping / Order Status

MIMA ships to the UK, Republic of Ireland, USA, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, South Africa and Nigeria.

At MIMA we’re a small team, so sometimes our order processing take’s a little longer than expected. But don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about you. Our team are working tirelessly to get our products into your hands. Orders can take between 5 to 7 days to process after purchase. Once processing is complete, UK deliveries will dispatch and deliver within 2 days and to the US within 6 days.

UK: £6.50 per parcel (Tracked 48hours)

Republic of Ireland: £11.99 (3 to 5 days)

USA: £28 (6 days)

Canada: £16.30 (6 to 7 days)

France: £11.99 (3 to 5 days)

Germany: £11.99 (3 to 5 days)

South Africa: £16.30 (6 to 7 days)

Nigeria: £16.30 (6 to 7 days)

Royal Mail for domestic and international orders.

We do not include customs or duties for international orders and these will vary dependant on your location.

You can track the status of your order in your account. Due to COVID-19, we are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including reduced staffing and extra cleaning of our warehouses. This may increase the time it takes to process and ship your order, which is currently between 5 to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns / Exchanges

We do not offer free returns - it is your responsibility to pay for the return of your item(s). We recommend you return your item(s) using a tracked service as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.

Exchange
We do not currently offer exchanges.

Returns
Our returns policy is 14 working days. This means that within the first 14 days of receiving your item, you are able to request a return. If your return is requested after this period it will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Upon receipt of your return and confirmation of your refund, your funds will be returned to you within 10 business days.

At MIMA, we are striving to deliver the very best products, however we understand that sometimes a faulty or damaged item could slip through undetected. Should you receive a product that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please report the issue within 14 days of delivery and we will review this with our product team. If the product is deemed defective MIMA will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer service for more info!

Our system receives your order immediately after it has been placed. Once this has happened, we are unable to change or cancel any orders. Please visit our returns policy for further information.
